The Reflexology Room

Is this your first time coming to The Reflexology Room? Then this is for you! This 90 minute session gives us plenty of time to discuss what brought you in and your primary goals for receiving reflexology, followed by a full reflexology treatment where reflexes for all your organs, glands and parts of the body will be stimulated bringing a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Initial Reflexology Consultation

Enjoy a 60 minute therapeutic reflexology session where reflexes for all your organs, glands and parts of the body will be stimulated bringing a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Hand or Foot Follow-up Reflexology

A deeply relaxing, wellness-focused treatment. After a cleanse using hot towels (or facial wipes if you prefer) a facial oil will be applied and then reflex points for the whole body will be stimulated using hands and facial tools. This gentle treatment helps to release tension and emotions held in the face. You can also enjoy ear reflexology or reiki during this treatment.

Facial Reflexology

For when 60 minutes just isn't enough! You can mix and match Reiki, Foot, Hand and Facial reflexology to suit your needs. 
Choose 2 or 3 of the above for a deeply relaxing treatment.

90 Minute Combo Treatment

For children 12 years old and younger, this 30 minute treatment is a great way for them to experience a reflexology treatment. Reflexology is a safe, natural and gentle way to ease stress, promote relaxation and improve sleep.

Children's 30 Minute Reflexology

This is the treatment for you if you want to age well, inside and out!
Zone Face Lift is a non-invasive treatment that combines facial reflexology, stimulation of facial pressure points, face lift massage techniques, gua sha and acupressure tools to tighten, tone and relax the facial muscles. The treatment focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system, boosting circulation and reducing puffiness to give the face a more youthful, refreshed appearance.  

This treatment includes a Hot Towel Cleanse and application of facial oil but does NOT include a full facial (see Zone Face Lift Holistic Facial).

Zone Face Lift

Includes everything from the Zone Face Lift treatment plus a facial that includes an exfoliation, tone, hydrating face mask, serum, eye cream and moisturizer. You also have the choice of enjoying reiki or ear reflexology while your mask is on.
This is a truly luxurious experience using Canadian brands Om Organics Skincare and The Potion Masters.

Zone Face Lift Holistic Facial

Reiki is a holistic healing treatment that involves the practitioner channeling Universal Life Force energy into the client’s body through gentle, non-invasive touch or by hovering their hands just above the skin. This energy work aims to balance the body’s energy flow, promote deep relaxation, and support emotional and physical healing.
